Summer + Jack

What an adventure it is with these two. Our day started out simple, as we intended to go downtown to experiment with some urban scenery. We ended up going to a town along the Spokane river, where we stopped to shoot for a bit. Halfway through our time together we spontaneously took a stop at Buffalo Wild Wings, only to realize that we had half an hour before the sun disappeared! Speeding to catch the last rays, we followed the sun up a hill and were able to take a few photos in the last few minutes of light. What a day!

A little about these two cuties...Summer and I have been housemates for almost a year. I didn't know her before I moved in, so it's quite a pleasant surprise that we are now best of friends. Similarly, I lived in the same dorm as Jack our freshman year, seeing him occasionally. I think we only spoke to each other two times the entire year.

ack and Summer met at a dance rehearsal for our college's luau, a Hawaiian party, where all three of us danced a song together. I knew from their first conversation that they would end up together (yes, I called it!) and sure enough, Jack asked Summer on a coffee date a few days later! Jack has been a great teacher and resource in my photography journey, and Summer has been an exceptional model and encouragement. This sweet, absolutely stunning couple will always hold a place in my heart.
